Values and Ethics in Educational Administration is dedicated to promoting and disseminating scholarly inquiry pertaining to the areas of values and ethics and their relationship to theory and practice of educational administration and leadership. The editorial board believes the study of values and ethics represent an important direction for the field and practice of educational leadership, and is prepared to consider a wide range of disciplined empirical and conceptual works that would be of interest to both scholars as well as practicing administrators.
